1. About Unicrisp

Unicrisp offers packaged snack products through our online store.

Product availability, prices, pack sizes, offers and delivery availability may change from time to time.

2. Products & Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, images, ingredients, pack sizes and other information displayed on our website are accurate.

As our snacks are food products, natural variations in colour, shape, size, texture and appearance may occur between batches. Such normal variations do not indicate a defect in the product.

Product images are intended to represent the product as accurately as reasonably possible. Actual appearance may vary slightly.

3. Pricing

All product prices displayed on the website are in Indian Rupees (INR).

Prices, discounts, combo offers and promotional offers may be changed from time to time.

The price applicable to an order will generally be the price displayed at the time the order is successfully placed, subject to correction of obvious technical or pricing errors.

Any applicable delivery charges will be shown during checkout before payment.

4. Orders

An order is considered successfully placed after the required checkout process and payment confirmation have been completed.

After placing an order, customers should review their order details carefully.

We reserve the right to contact the customer if additional information is required to process or deliver an order.

In exceptional circumstances, we may cancel an order because of product unavailability, payment issues, incorrect pricing, technical errors, delivery limitations or other circumstances that prevent us from fulfilling the order. Where an eligible prepaid order is cancelled by us, the applicable refund will be processed.

5. Payments

Payments are processed through the payment methods and third-party payment providers available on our website.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate payment and billing information.

Unicrisp does not directly store sensitive credentials such as UPI PINs, banking passwords or complete card authentication details.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Customers must provide a complete and accurate delivery address, PIN code and valid mobile number while placing an order.

Our delivery partner may use the provided mobile number to contact the customer regarding delivery.

Estimated delivery periods are provided for guidance and may be affected by courier operations, location, weather, holidays or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

7. Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled for a full refund before they are packed or dispatched.

Once an order has been packed or dispatched, cancellation may not always be possible.

Where we are able to stop or recall an order after fulfilment costs have already been incurred, applicable shipping, packaging or other non-recoverable costs may be deducted from the refund.

Orders cannot be cancelled after successful delivery.

8. Returns, Refunds & Replacements

Because our products are food items, we generally cannot accept returns simply due to a change of mind after delivery.

Refunds or replacements may be considered in eligible situations such as receiving an incorrect item, a missing item, significant transit damage or an eligible product-quality issue.

Customers should report eligible issues within the period specified in our Returns & Refunds Policy and provide the requested photographs/videos and order information.

9. Offers, Coupons & Promotions

Discount codes, free-delivery offers, combo offers and other promotions may be subject to minimum order values, validity periods or other conditions.

Unless specifically stated otherwise:

• Promotional offers cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Multiple coupon codes may not be combined on the same order.
• A coupon may be restricted to selected products, customers or order values.
• We may modify or discontinue promotional offers where reasonably necessary.

Any specific terms displayed with an offer will apply to that promotion.

10. Food Allergies & Ingredients

Customers are responsible for reviewing the ingredients and allergen information provided for a product before purchase and consumption.

Some products may contain or be prepared in environments that handle common allergens such as peanuts, tree nuts, gluten-containing cereals, milk or other ingredients, where applicable.

Customers with food allergies or dietary restrictions should review the applicable product information carefully and contact us before purchasing if clarification is required.

11. Shelf Life & Storage

Customers should follow the storage instructions and consume products within the applicable best-before period shown on the product packaging.

Once opened, products should be stored appropriately and consumed within a reasonable period to maintain freshness and quality.

12. Customer Information

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the name, mobile number, delivery address and other information provided during checkout are accurate.

Additional delivery or re-delivery costs resulting from incorrect/incomplete information, customer unavailability or other customer-related delivery issues may be charged to the customer where applicable.

Personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

13. Website Use

The content of the Unicrisp website, including our branding, product photographs, graphics, text and other original materials, may not be copied, reproduced or commercially used without appropriate permission, except where permitted by law.

Customers must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access or interfere with its normal operation.

14. Limitation of Responsibility

We will make reasonable efforts to provide accurate product information, securely pack orders and arrange delivery within the estimated timeframe.

However, to the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for delays or failures caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to exclude or restrict any consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or restricted.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect changes to our products, services, policies or applicable requirements.
